A Brief Overview
Directs workflow of the front-end technicians who provide customer service, order entry and medical records functions. Establishes support for service priorities by ensuring workflow efficiencies to meet prescription order deliverables. Establishes collaborative relationships with customers.

Omnicare, a CVS Health Company, provides care to residents of skilled nursing facilities, assisted living communities, and chronic care settings. Our Omnicare of King of Prussia, Pennsylvania, location is one of the larger Omnicare locations in the country. This site operates 24x7 serving a large number of facilities in addition to providing seamless support to other Omnicare locations. Although Omnicare pharmacies are not open to the public, you’ll work amongst great colleagues in a supportive environment aligned with the company’s mission, allowing our customers to focus on giving their patients the best care.
For this role you will need Minimum Requirements
Position Summary :
Direct his/her department to perform daily pharmacy customer service and data entry operations in such a manner as to achieve management's goals of superior customer service while entering accurate prescription data into the pharmacy system on a timely basis. Monitors work flow and production quotas in order to affect desired outcomes of product delivery on schedule. Acts as the coordinator of all pharmacy order entry functions
Required Qualifications:
· Data entry experience
· Pharmacy technician experience
· At least one (1) year experience supervising a high volume pharmacy data entry department

Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
$43,700.00 - $107,200.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.
