Responsible for overall land acquisition for private land in the designated area. Arranging the revenue documents from the revenue department as per project requirements. Coordinating with the WRA (Wind Resource Assessment) team for wind location approval. Raising fund requests based on lease deed execution projections. Coordinating with LF (Legal and Finance) for lease/sale deed and right-of-way (ROW) execution. Coordinating with patwari & LF for the physical demarcation of lease/sale land. Coordinating with LF/landowners for the execution of lease/sale deed. Arranging to update the mutation of government/private land in favor of the company name in revenue records. Liaising with all stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of projects. Resolving local right-of-way (ROW) issues in a timely manner to achieve project milestones.

5 to 7 years of experience in the Renewable Energy industry, specifically in land acquisition and project execution.
