Associate Manager-Land & Estate
To liaison with local villagers/ landowners to keep the project hassle-free. Conduct site visits with patwari/Revenue Staff as and when required. Arrange the revenue documents from the revenue department as per requirements. Co-ordinate with the LF for the physical demarcation and possession of lease/sale land. Develop and maintain strong relationships with relevant government officials, regulatory agencies, and departments to facilitate effective liaisoning. Stay updated on new laws, regulations, and policies related to Solar, Wind, real estate, and construction, and ensure compliance with all applicable requirements. Provide liaisoning support and guidance to project teams, Government Officials, Police, Panchayat, Forest department, Local Villagers, contractors, and other internal stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

Any Graduation

Experience

8-14 years of experience in Renewable Energy industry
