JOB TITLE
Associate Manager - Learning & Development | MAF Retail | Retail Corporate Egypt

ROLE SUMMARY
The Associate Manager - Learning and Development is responsible supporting the business growth through developing skills of the existing employees. The role holder is also responsible for supporting the Learning and Development Manager in executing relevant initiatives as per the required standards.

ROLE PROFILE

Support the analysis of training needs for the different business unit based on the performance assessment and help develop a training strategy and calendar.Communicate with management and conduct surveys to identify training needs .Based on the training needs analysis help identify vendors.Develop reports on service providers corresponding to the company needs.Research effective training methods appropriate for the situation when delivering training .Plan, develop and provide training and staff development programs .Conduct orientation sessions and arrange on-the-job training for new hires.Develop and communicate the training calendar to the business units.


REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or Human Resources.3-5 years experience in a similar position, experience within retail is preferred.Experience illustrator / photoshop is a plus.Good time management skills.Good problem solving skills.Highly organized with strong multitasking skills.
