Title: Associate Manager, Transfer Agency

Location: Kansas City, MO -Hybrid

The Associate Manager will be responsible for a broad spectrum of financial matters affecting our Alts and/or Alps clients.  The Associate Manager should have the ability to manage and lead teams in monitoring client deliverables and meeting deadlines, have banking or accounting experience, and thrive in a fast paced environment.

What You Will Get To Do: 

Manage those that facilitate ACHs, shareholder wires, international and custody wires, along with reporting to custody/fund accountingManage those that reconcile and or research money movement activity, trading, fund sponsor/wire house sales logs, and bank accountsEstablish procedures, project plans, and coordinate work as needed between transfer agency teamsWork with various transfer agency systems to enhance processes and create automation as neededCoordinates with senior management on critical cross-departmental or functional issues, removing barriers to operational successEstablishes operations objectives and provides strong tactical leadershipAccountable for the results of one or more functions groups within the team  

What You Will Bring:

Bachelor’s degree or 5 years financial industry experienceIntermediate level MS Office skills2 years management experienceStrong analytical skillsStrong Oral and Written skills
