Associate Manager - Planning

Preparation and update of below mentioned reports and data.

Schedule as per timelines of Project in MSP or Primavera. Knowledge of Dassault IPMS will be an advantage.   Understanding of activity sequence with detailed activity & work breakdown structure for any project like residential, commercial, office, infra etc. Creation of baseline for any project.  Tracking of Schedule as per requirements.  Understanding of Critical path analysis.  Update of progress in schedule.  Highlight the delay of Project.  Risk analysis of Project.  Hindrance analysis of Project.  Site Progress Monitoring tracker.  Escalation and highlight the project critical issues to management. Contract tracker. Design and Drawings tracker. Issuance of delay notice to contractors as per management process. Preparation DPR, DLR, WPR, MPR as per approved formats.

Costing and Budgeting

Preparation of budgets from preconstruction to handover of project as per project life cycle. Tracking of Budget as per requirement.  Monthly work done statement.  Cost to Complete reports as per management requirement.  Value engineering in budget of project and during lifecycle of project. Closure cost of the project. 

Contract/Drawings/Design/Data management & others

Prepare & manage document as per stated protocols & standard templates. Maintain all data & documents for future reference as per defined document management policy. Assist in collation of data related to all planning reports, project management, drawings management, contract management etc.  Contribute to cost controlling with efficient planning and cost management data analysis with approved specification. Maintaining the data of all drawings and designs. Maintaining the data of all contractors including all correspondence communicated with contractors.  Understanding of contracts clause.  Maintain all reports like DPR, DLR, WPR, MPR. Coordination with all stakeholders.  Coordination with project manager, site team, contractors and other stakeholders. 
  Full time B.Tech/B.E. Degree in Civil Engineering. 10 to 15 years of experience with a minimum of 8 years relevant experience. Knowledge of the overall function involved in project management.  Involvement in coordination for Design, DBR, Tendering, shop drawings, and project queries. Knowledge of all equipped with technical feasibility and risks associated with projects works. Knowledge of cost estimation, rate analysis, budgeting, and Cost control - crucial aspects of project works. Knowledge of the government and authority’s enforced laws, standard norms and regulation etc.
