Roles and Responsibilities:

The BIM-coordinator Architect will be responsible for:

Coordinating and managing the BIM implementation process within the organization Assist in developing and maintaining BIM execution plans and standards Participate in project meetings, overseeing BIM design coordination and model development and integration being done by external consultants. Collaborating with project teams to ensure BIM models meet project requirements Providing training and guidance to project team members on BIM software and workflows Ensuring compliance with industry BIM standards and best practices Participating in the continuous improvement of BIM processes and workflows

Technical Skills:

Building Information Modeling (BIM) software expertise Proficiency in REVIT, Navisworks and/or similar BIM software for Architecture / Structure / MEP coordination Proficiency in AutoCAD Knowledge of digital construction technologies Understanding of industry BIM standards and protocols Project management and collaboration tools proficiency

Non-Negotiable Skills:

Experience in Building Information Modeling and digital construction Must have done BIM implementation for at least 2 large scale projects Experience on REVIT – Architecture / Structure / MEP BIM Design Coordination / Clash detection and resolution

Education Qualification:

Bachelor of Architecture or BE - Civil Professional certification in BIM (preferred) Minimum 12-18 years of experience in the mixed-use commercial Real Estate industry. Working on hotel or hospitality based projects will be an advantage Proven experience in Building Information Modeling and digital construction Expertise in BIM Design Coordination
