ROLE SUMMARY
The Quality and Hygiene Associate Manager is responsible for ensuring Food safety and quality of both new and current products mainly but not limited to fresh food and FMCG. and follow up of current products in all areas of operations within the store. The role holder is also responsible for contributing to fulfil customer needs and expectations related to quality and food safety.

ROLE PROFILE

Guarantee all food and health care products specifications and ensure its compliance with specifications, legislations, and regulation.Achieve pre-steps of Carrefour sourcing new products or new supplier through technical support.Analyze, summarize data, quality, and food safety KPIs (including not limited to Supplier audit, Lab analysis, product compliance, customer satisfaction).Manage all consignments to provide stores with raw material or product in compliance with country legislation and Carrefour policy.Supporting the implementation of Carrefour food safety and Quality policy with manufacturers, traders, and consignment to ensure solid customer satisfaction.Evaluate suppliers by conducting periodical assessment to ensure Carrefour sourcing policy is well communicated and effectively implemented.Review customer complaints, assess the corrective actions outputs, Recall & withdrawal activity and document all food safety violations.Manage quality and food safety systems in Carrefour distribution centers.

REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor’s degree in food science or veterinary medicine or related field.5+ years of experience in food safety.Process associated with the monitoring of products.Familiar with the legal standards.
