The Associate Training Manager, Commercial Education, DePuy Synthes Joint Reconstruction VELYS Enabling Tech–will be responsible for the planning, delivery, and execution of training for the sales organization aligned to the global learning strategy and in support of United States (US)) regional business needs. This particular role will be primarily focused on digital surgery of the knee including the manual instrumentation primary and revision portfolio. This person will work with Global Education, Marketing, Sales Leadership, Healthcare Compliance, and other functional partners to craft and deliver educational programs aimed at elevating the proficiency of the sales organization aligned with the company curricula, certification pathways, policies and strategies.
Responsibilities:FUNCTIONAL:
Develop and implement Commercial Education strategies in collaboration with internal partners to satisfy the overall objectives of the DePuy Synthes organizationDesign and deliver effective educational programs aligned to our learning strategies including the use of a 30-40-30 format, adult learning principles, and professional facilitation skillsEducate sales consultants across the entire portfolio to build clinical and non-clinical proficiency with emphasis on technical training, clinical selling, operations, strategic account management, and enterprise and market effectiveness Facilitate learning in self-directed, live, virtual, and/or in-person formats, leveraging appropriate technology platformsServe as a subject matter expert for training development with strategic partners including vendorsMaintain expertise in training and related clinical and business technologies and methodologiesConduct and report on follow-up of training programs using MedTech Education analytics methodologies, and update programs as neededConduct ongoing training needs assessments of customer-facing field sales teams.
