Job Title: Associate Manufacturing Engineer Job Description: We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Electronics Manufacturer who can also write comprehensive manufacturing process instructions. The successful candidate will be responsible for assembling electronic components, creating electronic schematics, and documenting the manufacturing process to ensure consistency and quality. Responsibilities: + Assemble electronic components and systems according to specifications and schematics + Create and maintain electronic schematics using CAD software + Write detailed manufacturing process instructions, including step-by-step procedures and diagrams + Ensure compliance with industry standards, codes, and regulations + Conduct quality control checks to verify the accuracy and completeness of assembled components + Collaborate with engineers and production teams to optimize manufacturing processes + Maintain accurate records of manufacturing processes and revisions + Provide technical support and training to production staff + Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies Requirements: + Associate's degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field + Minimum of 3 years of experience in electronics manufacturing + Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, Altium Designer) + Strong understanding of electronic schematics and manufacturing processes + Excellent attention to detail and accuracy + Strong problem-solving and analytical skills + Effective communication and teamwork abilities + Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $28.85 - $33.65 Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
