Associate Manufacturing Engineer
Job Title: Associate Electronics Manufacturing Engineer

Job Description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Electronics Manufacturing Engineer to support our electronic production operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, optimizing, and maintaining manufacturing processes for electronic components and systems, ensuring efficiency, quality, and compliance with industry standards.

Responsibilities:

Design, optimize, and maintain manufacturing processes for electronic components and systems.Collaborate with engineers, production teams, and quality assurance to develop and refine manufacturing processes.Conduct process analysis and improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and product quality.Oversee the installation, calibration, and maintenance of production equipment used in electronic manufacturing.Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPAs) for process-related issues.Ensure compliance with industry standards, codes, and regulations (e.g., IPC, ISO).Prepare and maintain detailed documentation of process designs, validations, and changes.Provide technical support and training to production staff on manufacturing processes and equipment.Participate in cross-functional teams to support new product introductions and process improvements.Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.

Requirements:

Associate degree in Electronics Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in manufacturing engineering, preferably in electronic operations.Strong understanding of electronic manufacturing processes and principles.Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and test equipment (e.g., multimeters, oscilloscopes).Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.Effective communication and teamwork abilities.Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $28.85 - $33.65/hr.
