The PositionPrinciple Roles & Responsibilities / Accountabilities
Strategic Planning and Excellent Execution
Identify deep market insights, potential and opportunities and able to turn them into brand strategy and operations
Develop and undertake both strategic and tactical plan to realize market opportunities both in core hospital and out sourced channels
Lead the team to achieve marketing programs/project operation efficiency with SMART KPI
Develop differentiation messages in target department and improve message delivery,
TAE development and adoption
Develop NTAE/RTAE engagement plan and maintain good relationship with NTAE/RTAEs
Guide the team to develop effective sales promotional materials and trainings so as to guide sales operations
Develop promotion materials & sales tools
Seamlessly collaborate within the marketing team, field force, PSMs and cross-functional team, advocate continuous improvement, best practice sharing and effective communication
Team Management
Provide leadership, coaching, mentoring, direction to staff, including hiring, manpower allocation, performance management, training, and professional development
Lead team to work closely and collaboratively with cross functions to combine resources, and drive win-win solution.
Manage turnover, develop high potential employees and provide career development opportunities for person

Medical, marketing, commerce preferred
