The Associate Marketing Manager, Splenda Healthcare aids in driving branded recommendations among Healthcare Professionals and brand adoption among patients.

Creates HCP and patient education content for use in marketing programs and website. Role entails creating educational information, and creative agency support will lead design of resources based on your visionServe as the Splenda brand nutrition science technical expert by pairing a thorough understanding of products with your nutrition and clinical health knowledge. Create competitive product advantages for Splenda brand among consumers managing diabetes and weight, summarize scientific studies related to brand’s categories to enable team to proactively and reactively communicate, create clinical response support for Splenda Call Center in-bound questions and for proactive messaging developmentCollaborate to enable regulatory bodies & professional organizations to reflect positive category positionCreate and manage health partnerships, lead implementation of programs, create and monitor metrics, and manage budgetSupport future product innovation strategy & product specificationsOwnership of recipe nutritional requirements for consumers with health needs; define nutritional requirements, recipe trends, type of recipes needed for health and our productsMaintain expert-level knowledge of customer and category needs, trends and sentiment to guide nutrition science needs to support business goalsMaintain in-depth knowledge of studies and interprets to insights to guide strategic focus, opportunities and communicationsPerform other support activities as requested

Qualifications

Certified Registered Dietician Nutritionist (RDN) and Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist (CDCES) is requiredA minimum of 5 years’ experience working as an RDN in an industry or manufacturer role is requiredCommunication skills for external and internal interactionsDemonstrate ability to translate networking capabilities into action, summarize scientific studies into insights and strategies, and guide communications to drive Branded recommendations and adoptionMust have good communication and organization skillsWork in a collaborative team environment with peersAbility to work with agency and industry partnersA track record of exceeding expectations and an innate sense of urgency is key. Must enjoy and thrive on working in a fast-paced environment to capitalize on market opportunities.This position requires some travel; estimated at 15% and occurs periodically throughout year.
