_Contribute strategically to develop the ethical marketing plans for the year and lead execution for the same_
_Developing marketing and GTM plans for new launch and existing brands_
_Independently drive market shaping initiatives by focusing on execution of HCP (healthcare professional) education and promotion plans_
_Formulation of communication development for healthcare practitioners in coordination with creative agency_
_Building strong marketing programs to engage HCPs effectively. Execute with help of cross functional teams. Tracking and measuring the impact of the Marketing Programs._
_Responsible to drive evaluate newer indications/opportunities to expand and grow business through continuous collaboration with ethical sales team_
_Ensure complete compliance to ethics & compliance SOPs, including timely submission of completed documents_
_Liaise with Market Research agencies to gather insights from consumers / Healthcare Practitioners to support Brand strategies and track Brand equity with consumers / HCPs_
_Independently handle overall brand projects to ensure marketing programs are driven consistently and in a high quality manner._
