As the Associate Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for leading the development, execution and overall management of the business plans for Truterra products. In this role you will develop sales enablement materials, and conduct forecasting, pricing, and risk management analysis. In addition, you will prepare and develop annual and long-range planning, pricing and profitability analysis, line extension development, portfolio optimization, and execution of national as well as regional marketing programs.

Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate with the sales team to manage pricing and provide pricing guidance on customer proposalsCoordinate with the sales team to develop customer-ready sales enablement materials which help simplify our complex products for both the upstream and downstream audienceIdentify and analyze new markets for Truterra’s products and servicesUnderstand key P&L drivers to influence and manage profitability Utilize strategic marketing perspective while working with cross-functional teams to develop and execute key strategies and tactics based on grower, ag retailer, and downstream customer understanding and insights and to achieve profitability objectivesEngage and align key internal stakeholdersSupport strategic customer accountsDevelop business strategies and work to influence and align cross functional teams as well as organizational leadersAbility to travel 10% (domestic ) including overnight staysRequired Experience & Education:
A Masters of Business Administration or equivalent work business experience. 2 or more year of experience developing and executing insights-driven marketing campaigns (including website, digital and social).2 or more year of experience analyzing Profit and Loss (P&L) statements2 or more year of experience of commercializing new products2 or more year of experience of of forecasting and pricingPreferred Experience:
Developing business strategies, including sizing and segmenting new marketsKnowledge of ag retail strongly preferredUnderstanding of sustainability and related products/services strongly preferredSalary range: $105,040 - $157,560
