JOB SUMMARY
This job oversees the timely development, management and optimization of customer communication materials ensuring compliance and data accuracy, achieving service excellence, and supporting growth initiatives. Collaborate with CRM team to facilitate and support these initiatives.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
Represent the team/department in cross-functional meetings.Organize and lead all meetings surrounding a given campaign (i.e. Kickoff, Post Mortem, etc.)Serve as a member subject matter expert to partner and consult with stakeholders to strategize and plan the development of materials.Provide materials development status reporting to management and stakeholders on a routine and ad-hoc basis.Collaborate in the production of member materials including creating and maintaining project plans, versioning, vendor data testing, and proofing.Work with stakeholders to ensure materials are compliant and accurate according to government contracts and marketing guidelines.Analyze government contracts and marketing guidelines for information to develop campaign materials.Other duties as assigned or requested.EDUCATION
