Associate Marketing Strategist - Employer Brand Remote
The Associate Marketing Strategist - Employer Brand works collaboratively across TA (Talent Acquisition) to provide brand, creative and communications expertise in support of strategic recruitment marketing and employer brand. This strategist partners closely with functional teams to reinforce and execute a consistent TA brand and voice across all platforms, audiences, and initiatives. Responsibilities include supporting the creation and delivery of comprehensive recruitment and marketing strategies, targeted campaigns, and tactics to attract, nurture, and engage prospects, candidates, and qualified applicants. The Associate Marketing Strategist aligns the messages of our Providence Promise (employee value proposition) with our brand and voice; they also support efforts to measure effectiveness where appropriate. As a member of the TA team, the Associate Marketing Strategist helps solve our most complex people challenges and accelerate business outcomes in support of the Mission and growth.
Essential duties:
• Develop and support the implementation of TA marketing strategy, content, collateral, and campaigns in collaboration with communications and program management. • Reinforce the TA brand across all platforms (e.g. social media, job boards, etc.), audiences, and initiatives. • Support creation of visual, verbal, and thematic brand assets that are aligned with system brand guidelines; consider external best practices where appropriate • Partner with Sr. Employer Brand Marketing Strategist on strategy, development, implementation and management of content that uniquely expresses our caregiver/employee value proposition in order to positively increase perception, drive engagement and increase candidate volumes. • Partner with corporate and consumer Brand, Marketing, Communications and Social/Influencer teams to develop and implement Talent Acquisition-focused content, and align messaging/storytelling and strategies as applicable. • Support Talent Acquisition Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) program manager to advance Providence’s DEI initiatives across all Talent Acquisition marketing activities • Assist with the development and implementation of targeted paid and organic recruitment marketing campaigns that position Providence and our family of organizations as employers of choice • Coordinate with brand and marketing team vendors to manage operational applications, issues or changes • Assist with ongoing nurturing strategies (e.g. newsletters/emailers) for the Providence family of organizations Talent Network • Assist with brand-related aspects of various enterprise programs like the Caregiver Referral Program, Talent Acquisition-related events (virtual or in person), etc.Providence caregivers are not simply valued – they’re invaluable. Required Qualifications:
2 years of Closely related experience. Experience successfully maintaining, managing, and continuously improving programs, processes, projects, or operational and administrative solutions in HR, recruiting, marketing, sales, technology, data, operations or administrative experience. Experience working across departments with team leaders, vendors, project teams and SMEs to achieve alignment, the goals of the work and operational excellence of the solution, program, process or project. Experience creating and implementing small project plans, communications, social media or creative documents, training, process or project documents, presentations, reports, technology requirements and other materials.Preferred Qualifications:
