Associate Media Producer

**Job Description**
Under some direction from senior media team and creative director, participates in all aspects of pre-production, production and post-production of video, audio and editing solutions for financial advisors, business units and corporate partners. Prepares, operates and maintains studio equipment to produce dynamic media solutions to meet client needs and expectations. Ability to understand and learn new technologies quickly. Ability to work with the media team to determine priorities in a collaborative work environment so that both creative and administrative responsibilities are met. With some oversight, lead smaller projects and initiatives. Reflect a positive attitude for being a member of a high-performing group. Self-starter for learning new concepts and owning professional development.
**Essential Duties and Responsibilities:**
+ Collaborates in all phases of production utilizing Mac computers, the Digital Audio + Video Equipment and Editing Software (such as Adobe Creative Suite).
+ Operates audio, video and lighting equipment to record media for editing.
+ Participates in pre-production, production, and post-production of client media products
+ Under some direction, set up lighting and staging and operate a camera.
+ Organizes, prepares and sets up audio, video and lighting equipment for production.
+ Organizes and prepares footage for post-production.
+ Assists in the development of motion graphics to enhance video presentations.
+ With guidance, consults with Account Managers and clients to identify and recommend creative solutions within approximate scope to meet needs.
+ Assists in selecting and creating audio and footage for video production.
+ Produces quality media products with high aesthetics and attention to detail.
+ With guidance, prepares equipment packages for production and ensures all equipment is functional.
+ Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
**Skills:**
+ Video, sound, lighting, and video editing techniques.
+ Aesthetic design principles, particularly for digital solutions.
+ Preparing and delivering media for web consumption.
+ Communication concepts, methods, and techniques outside of audio/video medium (design, electronic communications) and the role that audio and video can play in an overall communications campaign.
+ All aspects of pre-production, production and post-production.
+ Operating camera, lighting and audio equipment.
+ Mac computers, Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects).
+ Optimizing media for web and digital consumption
+ Work both independently and as part of a team.
+ Communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, with all organizational levels.
+ Work concurrently under pressure on multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced work environment with frequent interruptions and changing priorities.
+ Organize work to meet deadlines and pay close attention to detail.
+ Lift equipment, including a camera + tripod, weighing up to 30 pounds from the floor to above waist.
**Education**
Bachelor’s: Business Administration, Bachelor’s: Digital Communications and Media/Multimedia, Bachelor’s: Marketing
