Reporting to the General Laboratory Supervisor, this position is responsible for performing superior customer satisfaction and ensuring the highest quality care and service.  Performs a wide range of procedures including procedures of high complexity in at least 3 laboratory sections where one of the sections is blood bank/transfusion services.

Required qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Science Upon hire: California Clinical Laboratory Scientist License California Or Upon hire: California Clinical Chemist Scientist License Or Upon hire: California Clinical Immunohematologist Scientist License  Or Upon hire: California Clinical Microbiologist Scientist License Or Upon hire: California Clinical Toxicologist Scientist License Or Upon hire: California Clinical Cytogeneticist Scientist License Or Upon hire: California Clinical Genetic Molecular Biologist Scientist License Or Upon hire: California Clinical Hematology Scientist License Or Upon hire: California Clinical Histocompatibility Scientist License Or Upon hire: California Clinical Laboratory Scientist Biochemistry Special License 

Preferred qualifications:

Upon hire: MT(ASCP) certification Must meet CLIA requirements for testing personnel, moderate to high complexity tests.
