Associate Medicare Retention Programs
Description and Requirements Focus on Member Migration (Right Plan Fit) and Involuntary Disenrollment Medicare retention programs Position will be devoted to existing programming that encourages Healthfirst members to choose the correct plan design for their needs and to maintain their Medicare/Medicaid eligibility so they can remain Medicare plan members Supports Enterprise Goal of placing 32K LIP members into CC and reducing Complaints Against the Health Plan for which we have a 5-star goal in 2021

Duties/Responsibilities: ​

Manage current Right Plan Fit Activities including assignment, monitoring and measurement of both Core Product and Integrated Migration outreach programsManage current Involuntary Disenrollment activities including assignment, monitoring and measurement of both Loss of Medicaid and Loss of Part A/Part B outreach programs Maintain responsibility for Medicare Product representation and follow ups at Complaints Against the Health Plan working groupStrategize with internal stakeholders (i.e., Marketing, Population Health, Sales) on new initiatives Healthfirst can leverage to improve member migrations and reduce involuntary disenrollmentMonitor and Measure outcomes of initiatives, report findings, adjust actionsAdditional duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications :

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution (or equivalent work experience)At least 6 months (nonconsecutive) experience in program or project managementAbility to understand complex federal rules and guidelines and be able to ascertain business implications required.Must have strong interpersonal skillsTechnical skills: Microsoft Office (specifically Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word), corporate email systems and SharePoint

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience managing business processes for project teamsAbility to build project plans or schedulesAbility to drive, track and report project execution progressAbility to learn quickly and keep pace with fast-changing state and federal guidelinesExperience in a cross functional strategy team and/or other projects within the healthcare industry

Compliance & Regulatory Responsibilities:

Confirm all new programming is allowable with Medicare legal and regulatory partners

Hiring Range*:

Greater New York City Area (NY, NJ, CT residents): $57,400 - $78,030

All Other Locations (within approved locations): $49,800 - $74,120

As a candidate for this position, your salary and related elements of compensation will be contingent upon your work experience, education, licenses and certifications, and any other factors Healthfirst deems pertinent to the hiring decision.
