Responsibilities Overview Post Consumer Brands is seeking an Associate Manager, Omnichannel to help build and execute data driven marketing programs to create consideration and conversion for our brands at select retailers. Strategically partnering, planning and executing marketing campaigns with sales and retailers is a critical part of this role. Knowledge and experience with retailer marketing programs, shopper/omni/commerce marketing and retail media is necessary to provide value to the team. Proven ability to drive results. Being comfortable with data and ambiguity will be important as you are helping shape a new role. Responsibilities and Accountabilities Shopper Marketing & Media Planning Shopper marketing and digital media campaign planning, activation, and optimization across retail specific tactics for all grocery and pet brands Plan retail media and marketing budgets across wide variety of retailers, including Grocery, Dollar Channel and Pet Specialty retailers Lead retail media and marketing capabilities evaluations and provide recommendations for future spend Media Measurement Outline measurement goals for marketing spend across retail partners Translate data into actionable insights, identifying opportunities and risks Assess media performance on key metrics (ROAS, iROAS, influenced sales) and communicate impact of programs to the broader organization Continuously monitor and analyze programs, improving upon the understanding of tactic effectiveness, audiences and identifying opportunities to increase impact Creative Strategy Creative approach and execution for paid media across multiple channels Support creative process flow for retail marketing campaigns: initial requests, feedback, internal & external reviews, deployment Strategic Collaboration Work with cross-functional teams including Sales, Sales Strategy, Brand, Creative, Agency, Finance, Legal and within the Performance Media Digital Commerce team Understand and gather Brand priorities and insights and combine with Sales/Retailer priorities and insights to customize the right marketing strategy and plan Partner closely with agency to define and deliver on campaign KPIs, closely monitoring programs Educate partners on the changing landscape of digital & retail media Working Location: Hybrid This role is located at the Lakeville, MN Corporate office Typical hybrid schedule includes 3 days in-office with remote flexibility up to 2 days a week. #LI-hybrid Qualifications Education BA required. Marketing, Business or Communications preferred. Experience Minimum 3-5 years marketing within CPG or Retail space. Retail media planning and/or strategy experience preferred Ecommerce experience preferred Digital experience on agency or client side required Great attitude: realize that the energy and attitude they bring, impacts not only their performance but the performance of those around them Transparency: are direct, factual, and straight-forward Flexibility: ask questions for greater insight, and make recommendations relative to alternatives, options or other solutions Critical thinker with strong, proven analytical skills Detail oriented with excellent organizational skills Experience in multiple digital media channels, search, programmatic and social experience preferred The ability to successfully partner with multiple stakeholders and thrive in a fluid environment while managing multiple priorities Excellent written, communication, and presentation skills
