Job Description

        MAJOR JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (List in order of importance)

Troubleshoot and Monitor requisition flowMonitoring performance of internal teams based on contractual KPIs and SLAsCustomer communication and Relationship Management: Drive customer satisfaction by building trust and developing strong relationships.Source product at supplier if requiredInternal communicationSupport and escalation of Product Master Data and pricingTargets: Meet/exceed regional SLA based on contractual agreementPlanning/Forecasting: Plan, forecast and achieve objectives and Key Performance IndicatorsProactively seeking ways to improve efficiency: Pro-active participation in technical enhancement, developing strategies to constantly improve team performance
Performs other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS (Education/Training, Experience and Certifications)

Academic: Bachelor’s degree, business administration or scientific backgroundExperience: 0-5 years of experience in a fast paced, customer focused environment, industry experience, procurement, sourcing business experience and business managementExperienced in serving key accounts customers (direct customer contact)Certifications: business administration and/or Science degreeLanguage Requirement: Fluent in English and 1 of the regional languages
