Associate Nurse Manager- NICU
We are seeking an **Associate Administrative Nurse Manager** (AANM) for our Level 4 Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) in **Bronx, NY** . This **full-time** leadership position is tailored for an experienced NICU nurse aiming to excel in a collaborative and compassionate healthcare environment. **Responsibilities:** + Collaborate with the Administrative Nurse Manager to oversee the daily operations of the NICU. + Ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care in alignment with hospital policies and procedures. + Engage in performance improvement initiatives and clinical research activities. + Lead interdisciplinary teams in assessing, planning, and implementing patient care strategies. + Maintain professional practice standards and uphold clinical expertise within the NICU. **Requirements:** + Active New York State Registered Nurse (RN) License. + Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required; Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) preferred. + Minimum of 2 years of NICU experience; leadership experience as a Charge Nurse or higher is preferred. + Current Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) and Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certifications. + Specialty certification in NICU nursing (ANCC certification preferred). + Strong leadership, communication, and data management skills. **Compensation & Benefits:** + Competitive salary starting at $135,000 - $135,000 per year + Full-time evening shift: **Monday to Friday, 2:00 PM – 12:30 AM, with every other weekend required** . + Comprehensive benefits package, including Medical, Dental, Vision, and Prescription coverage. + Opportunities for career advancement within our state-of-the-art hospital.
