As a key member of the Tate’s Bake Shop Marketing Team, the Associate Omnichannel Manager will play a crucial role in developing and executing strategies to enhance Tate’s presence across both online and in-store channels. This role will leverage Tate’s Digital Commerce Flywheel—focusing on assortment,
availability, content, visibility, and activation—while identifying opportunities to improve the omnichannel consumer experience. The Associate Omnichannel Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams, retailers, and internal stakeholders to drive growth and elevate Tate’s performance in the digital commerce space.


Objectives of the Role

Develop and implement omnichannel business plans, ensuring alignment with company goals and category strategies.

Lead digital marketing activations to enhance visibility and drive conversions on key retailer eCommerce platforms.

Analyze performance data, including category trends, consumer insights, and competitive intelligence, to create actionable growth strategies.

Support the Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) channel by managing eCommerce initiatives, including product listings and site performance, to ensure a seamless consumer experience.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams on projects such as digital shelf optimization, product launches, and marketing campaigns.

Measure and report on the success of omnichannel activations, using insights to inform and refine future strategies.

Stay informed on industry and digital commerce trends to ensure Tate’s remains competitive and innovative.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

3+ years of experience in CPG marketing, eCommerce, or omnichannel strategy.

Proficiency with syndicated data tools (e.g., Nielsen, IRI) and retail media platforms.

Proven ability to analyze complex data sets and translate insights into actionable strategies.

Strong project management skills with a track record of delivering results in cross-functional environments.

Familiarity with digital commerce platforms and tools; experience with DTC channels is a plus.

Exceptional communication and collaboration skills with a focus on relationship-building.

Role Location
Remote, with periodic travel required to Long Island, NY, East Hanover, NJ, or for key stakeholder meetings and strategic offsite events.


Travel Requirements
Approximately 20%, as needed.

The base salary range for this position is $95,100 to $130,800; the exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results.
