Associate Onboarding Project Manager
Job Description Insight Global is seeking a fully remote Associate Onboarding Project Manager for a top Energy Client. This role involves preparing, scheduling, and conducting meetings with various customer representatives, educating them on program guidelines, and developing scopes of work for real-time metering installations. You will configure and train customers on necessary software, ensure exceptional onboarding experiences, and create plans for energy monitoring equipment installations. Additionally, you will understand customer operations to optimize energy reduction plans, certify contact lists and system readiness, collaborate with cross-functional teams, prepare customers for dispatches, coach them during demand response dispatches, support technical queries and escalations, respond to post-dispatch issues, and contribute to ongoing business improvement projects. This is a great opportunity to join an awesome team!   Responsibilities:   Preparing, scheduling, conducting meetings with representatives from all levels of the customer's organization (ex. Maintenance Manager, Plant Manager, Executive)   Educating and preparing customer contacts on program guidelines to maximize the benefits of demand response   Working with customer and internal teams to develop and execute a scope of work for real-time metering installation   Configuring and training customer on software required for participation   Providing an exceptional onboarding experience for new customers, as measured by post-onboarding customer satisfaction surveys   Creating a scope of work for energy monitoring equipment installations   Developing a deep understanding of customers' site operations in order to develop optimized energy reduction plans and quantify participation levels   Certifying high-quality contact lists and system readiness in advance program development   Working with cross-functional teams to provide transparency into the process and ensure successful onboarding   Help prepare customers for dispatches by participating in "readiness" and "audit prep" activities   Coach customers during demand response dispatches to maximize performance Support technical customer support questions and escalations related to metering, energy reduction plans We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
