Associate Operations Administrator (HYBRID)

We are hiring an Associate Operations Administrator to join our team! This position works closely with Banking team and members of the Client Service team. You will perform research and analysis and/or assist with all daily banking activities. Attention to detail, the ability to track and follow up on deliverables, multitask, work independently, prioritize, and meet deadlines are critical for success in this position. The role of this position is to assist the Banking team to ensure proper handling for all banking and treasury related operations of the department. 

Hybrid: We are made up of high performing teams that meet in person to learn and collaborate as needed. This role is considered hybrid, which means you’ll be assigned to our Edgewood, NY Broadridge office and given the flexibility to work remote.

Responsibilities:

The role of this position is to assist the Banking team to ensure proper handling for all banking and treasury related operations of the department. 

Help in the coordination of monthly payments (ACH/WIRE/CHECK) to our clientsTrack all payment requests received from the Client Service teamAssist in monitoring all banking activities to detect and timely resolve any irregularitiesAssist in preparing monthly bank reconciliation reports regarding all deposits to the bankAssist in preparing reconciliation reports for individual remediation client accounts as needed (weekly, monthly)Assist in preparing incoming checks for deposit and handling of undeliverable mailDevelop an understanding of Broadridge and the scope of the companyDevelop an understanding of the Class Actions business

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university; or two to four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.Degree in accounting or related field a plusStrong analytical skills: ability to gather data, interpret results, reformulate as neededStrong written and oral communication skillsA self-starter with excellent interpersonal and organizational skillsCorporate or treasury banking experience a plusIntermediate Microsoft Excel skills

Compensation & Benefits:

Hourly Rate: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour depending on experienceBonus Eligibility: Annual bonusPaid Time off: 15 vacation days, 5 sick days, and 3 personal days per yearBenefits: Medical, dental, life, and vision insurance. 401k w/ match, parental leave, and more.
