Associate Operations Coordinator
Description We are offering a long-term opportunity for an Associate Operations Coordinator in Eden Prairie, Minnesota for there 4 shifts and weekends. This role primarily involves the execution of various operations tasks with a focus on quality and efficiency, order creation, shipment tracking, and customer service in alignment with standard operating procedures. This role also necessitates maintaining accurate customer records and handling customer inquiries in a timely manner. Responsibilities: • Execute tasks such as creating orders, activating shipments, and tracking and tracing shipments in accordance with standard operating procedures • Monitor task boards and assigned email accounts to respond to customer and carrier requests in a prompt manner • Validate and ensure the accuracy of load data in systems according to company and customer standards • Document events and follow defined escalation procedures and training when required • Build, assign, and schedule loads while maintaining a keen focus on quality and efficiency • Maintain accurate customer credit records and handle invoicing duties • Follow through on customer or carrier requests to ensure satisfaction, escalating questions or requests when necessary • Provide shipment information as required by customers or carriers • Utilize Microsoft Office Suite for various office functions and maintain a high level of proficiency in its use • Prioritize tasks effectively and manage time efficiently to meet deadlines. Requirements • Proficiency in customer service and communication • Familiarity with office functions and operations • Experience in training and implementing procedures • Ability to schedule appointments and manage invoices • Understanding of quality assurance and shipping functions • Strong time management skills and ability to execute tasks efficiently • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites • Knowledge of company policies and ability to prioritize tasks • Experience in a call center environment • Understanding of standard operation procedures • Creativity and innovation skills for business growth • Knowledge of discrimination laws and affirmative action plans • Ability to load data and operate EO/IR systems.
