Job Description
As an Associate Operations Coordinator, you will focus on quality and efficiency to execute one or more tasks according to office and company policies and standard operating procedures. Your main duties will include providing shipment information, creating orders, activating shipments, building loads, assigning loads, scheduling appointments, tracking and tracing shipments, entering events, and invoicing. You will monitor task boards and assigned email accounts to respond to customer and carrier requests and document events using knowledge gained through SOPs and experience. Additionally, you will follow defined escalation procedures and training, follow through on customer or carrier requests to ensure satisfaction, validate and ensure the accuracy of load data in systems, and perform other duties or responsibilities as assigned according to team and/or country-specific requirements.

The work environment consists of four days in the office and one day at home after three months. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $21.00
