Associate Operations Coordinator
Description We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for an Associate Operations Coordinator in Auburn Hills, MI - this is ONSITE!! This role is integral to our day-to-day operations, focusing on processing and coordinating various tasks while maintaining a high standard of quality and efficiency. Responsibilities: • Accurately process and activate customer shipments • Build and assign loads according to standard operating procedures • Schedule appointments and track shipments to ensure timely delivery • Consistently update and validate load data in our system to meet company and customer standards • Monitor task boards and email accounts to promptly respond to customer and carrier requests • Document events and escalate concerns when necessary, adhering to established procedures and training • Maintain meticulous attention to detail in all aspects of the role, from order creation to invoicing • Use proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite of programs to manage and maintain accurate records • Prioritize tasks effectively to manage time and meet deadlines • Uphold a diverse and inclusive work environment, fostering creativity, innovation, and business growth. Requirements • Demonstrated proficiency in Customer Service and Communication skills. • Familiarity with standard Office Functions and Operations. • Proven experience in Training staff in Procedures and Company Policy. • Ability to Schedule Appointments and manage Invoices with attention to detail. • Commitment to Quality in all Shipping Functions executed. • Excellent Time Management skills and ability to Prioritize tasks effectively. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites and data loading tools. • Previous experience in a Call Center environment is desirable. • Understanding of Standard Operation Procedures and ability to implement them creatively. • Demonstrated ability to contribute to Business Growth through Innovation. • Knowledge of Discrimination Laws and Affirmative Action Plan is a plus. • Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail. • Ability to work effectively under pressure while meeting deadlines. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Proven ability to work as part of a team and independently. • Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
