Description We are offering a permanent employment opportunity for an Associate Operations Coordinator in Eden Prairie, Minnesota. This role involves streamlining operations and providing top-notch customer service in a detail-oriented setting.
Responsibilities:
• Accurately process customer credit applications to ensure efficiency
• Maintain precise records of customer credit
• Handle customer inquiries and deliver solutions effectively
• Monitor customer accounts and take proper action when necessary
• Create orders, activate shipments, and build loads as per office policies and standard operating procedures
• Schedule appointments and track shipments diligently
• Document events and escalate issues when required
• Validate the accuracy of load data in systems according to the required standards
• Respond promptly to customer and carrier requests through assigned email accounts
• Execute tasks with a focus on quality and efficiency
• Undertake any other responsibilities as assigned, adhering to team and country-specific requirements. Requirements • Proficiency in customer service skills, with a focus on providing quality service and building strong relationships
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to clearly articulate messages to different audiences
• Experience in managing office functions, including scheduling appointments and handling invoices
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and other Office Suites, with a particular emphasis on data management and organization
• Prior experience in training team members, with a focus on operations and procedures
• A strong understanding of operations management, including the ability to execute standard operation procedures effectively
• Experience in managing shipping functions, including the coordination and tracking of shipments
• Exceptional time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure
• Adherence to company policy and procedures, ensuring consistency and quality in all operations
• Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders
• Proficiency in using call center technology, with a focus on efficiency and customer satisfaction
• A creative and innovative mindset, with the ability to contribute to business growth strategies
