Broadridge is growing and we are seeking a Jr. Reconciliation Analyst to join our dynamic team focused on internal and external systems to execute daily deliverables for various clients. Analyst will be involved in cash and securities balancing, depository, banking, and firm account reconciliations as well as in the participation in various projects for the COE Reconciliation department including, but not limited to, client on boarding, periodic security counts, and internal/external audit requests. Associate will interface with clients and thus will have a focus on customer service.
We are made up of high performing teams that meet in person to learn and collaborate as needed. This role is considered hybrid, which means you’ll be assigned to a Broadridge office and given the flexibility to work remotely.
Responsibilities:
Execute Daily reconciliation deliverables, provides financial, analytical, expertise to build quantitative models for business projects.Identify, coordinate, and implement initiatives/projects and activities that create efficiencies and optimize processing.Conducts complex quantitative analysis as it applies to areas of responsibility, generally aligned to specific transactions and products.Develop specialized analytical tools for projects or ongoing use.Develop conclusions and courses of action to rectify discrepancies as well as analysesInterprets internal/external business challenges and the industry environment, recommends courseof action and best practices to improve products, processes, or servicesLeads cross-functional teams or projects with significant resource requirements, risk and / or complexityMitigate operational risk by proactively flagging issues and trends through real time reporting capabilities.Qualifications:
Looking for a Recent grad or 2 years’ experience working in operations.Bachelor or Graduate degree in Business/Analytics (preferred).Strong analytical &trouble shooting skills. Data and Reporting Analytics with Advanced knowledge in SQL, Power Bi, Cognos, Oracle, Altair (Monarch), Microsoft Access is a plus.Must demonstrate sound analytical and diagnostic skills dealing with issues that are not readily defined and/or conflict with available information.Detailed oriented with strong written and verbal communication skills.Strong interpersonal skills and enjoys working in a team setting.Compensation & Benefits:
