Associate Operations Processor

About this role:

In this role, you will:

Perform general clerical operations tasks that are routine in natureReceive, log, batch, and distribute workFile, photocopy, and answer phonesPrepare and distribute incoming and outgoing mailRegularly receive direction from supervisor and escalate questions and issues to more experienced rolesWork under close supervision following established proceduresVerify customer cash deposits through a large cash sorting machineWork under close supervision following established stringent procedures


Required Qualifications:

6+ months of Operations experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education


Desired Qualifications:

6+ months of cash handling experience10-key numerical data entry experienceAbility to achieve high production and quality standardsExperience delivering results in a fast-paced, deadline driven environmentAbility to work effectively in a team environmentStrong attention to detail and accuracy skills


Job Expectations:

Training:  (on the job training)Schedule: Monday-Friday  5 am - 1:30 pm  or until work is completed (requires the flexibility to work additional hours to support business needs)Standing up to 6 to 8 hours or moreAbility to lift up to 50+ pounds/cash vault (lifting and pulling)Must have the ability to work additional hours as neededThis position is not eligible for Visa sponsorship

Pay Range
 

Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.

$20.00 - $22.84
