Associate or Full Professor Pulmonary & Sleep Medicine – AC Track
The Division of Pulmonary Medicine in the Department of Pediatrics at the Perelman School of Medicine at the University of Pennsylvania seeks candidates for several Associate or Full Professor positions in the non-tenure academic clinician track. Applicants must have an M.D. or equivalent degree. Candidates in midcareer are encouraged to apply. Rank will be commensurate with experience. Teaching responsibilities may include the teaching of medical students, residents, and fellows, as well as formal lecture opportunities within the department. Clinical responsibilities may include seeing patients in the inpatient and outpatient settings. There may also be opportunities to participate in quality improvement initiatives, medical education, and clinical or translational research. The division provides care to children with a diverse spectrum of pulmonary and sleep disorders including through the Cystic Fibrosis Center, Sleep Center, Technology Dependence Center, Asthma Program, Lung Transplant Program, Thoracic Insufficiency Center, Bronchoscopy/Aerodigestive Program, and clinics for children with chronic lung disease of infancy, Interstitial Lung Disease, Primary Ciliary Dyskinesia, and other rare lung diseases.
