Associate Packaging Technician

BCforward is currently seeking a highly motivated Packaging Technician in San Diego, CA 92121

Job Title: Packaging Technician
Duration: 3+months
Location: San Diego, CA 92121

Anticipated Start Date: ASAP

Job Type: Contract (40 hrs. a week)

Pay Range: $22- $24/Hr. on W2
(Please note that actual compensation may vary within this range due to factors such as location, experience, and job responsibilities, and does not encompass additional non-standard compensation (e.g., benefits, paid time off, per diem, etc.).

Shift: MON-FRI 8AM - 4:30PM

Job Description:

Ability to read and understand customer specifications, cGMP's and SOP's. Must be able to follow written and oral instructions in an accurate manner and effectively communicate. Must be attentive, have a neat appearance and good personal hygiene. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Must work well in a team environment. Must be able to work overtime as required. Must be able to troubleshoot problems and report issues. Physically able to perform duties which include cleaning and sanitation of rooms (mopping of walls, floors and ceilings, sanitation of machinery and equipment) and any other tasks as assigned by the supervisor. Must understand and follow all plant safety guidelines.

EDUCATION OR EQUIVALENT:

High School Diploma or equivalent required; 2-3 years previous production or warehouse experience preferred
