Associate Partner Manager
**About the Role** The Uber Eats team is looking for sharp, highly motivated individuals to join our Enterprise team covering some of our most strategic partners. As an Enterprise Associate Partner Manager, you will work efficiently with our restaurant partners to drive revenue growth, operational excellence, and customer service. This person will work closely with restaurant partners, the restaurant support team, marketing and operations teams to optimize partnerships and provide maximum value for both Uber and its partners. **What You'll Do** 1. Previous experience working with enterprise or mid-market-sized accounts 2. Strong stakeholder management and partnership skills. Navigate multiple relationships both internal and external to build. 3. Strong communication, influencing and relationship-building skills 4. Ability to sell marketing solutions, new products and negotiate business terms 5. Ability to build and cultivate new relationships and potential partnerships within all parts of an organization. 6. Product sense. Ability to make product experience not just good, but amazing. 7. Speediness and resourcefulness. This team moves fast and always operates in new spaces. Be a self-starter and collaborative leader. 8. Experience with Salesforce **Basic Qualifications** 1. University Educations 2. 3+ years of professional experience in a client facing role **Preferred Qualifications** 1. Experience in a sales / performance-based role, managing goals and targets 2. Experience with negotiations, contracting and commercial conversations 3. Experience manipulating data to make decisions and recommendations 4. Experience working with multiple stakeholders both internally and externally.
