Overview This is a non-regulated corporate pension and employee benefits advisory support role Provide timely and accurate support for Lead Consultants in all aspects of their work with corporate clients, which will involve regular client contact and administration team liaison Assume responsibility for day to day account management for a portfolio of corporate clients by providing high quality service and consultancy to an agreed budget Provide a professional high quality service to all clients, colleagues and other third parties to not only meet but to exceed client expectations Client portfolio will range from multi-national companies, global retailers, financial sectors etc. How you'll make an impact Support lead consultant in daily account management for client portfolio. Anticipate and respond to client needs with prompt, flexible service. Maintain and develop strong relationships with corporate clients. Assist in achieving revenue targets through client retention and growth. Conduct pension market reviews and assist in implementing pension schemes. Provide pension governance duties, including meeting arrangements and follow-ups. Manage action points from meetings. Assist with employee 1:1s and onsite presentations. Prepare communications for workplace pension schemes and benefits. Ensure client compliance with Automatic Enrolment duties. Support salary exchange guidance and implementation. Address scheme member queries. Maintain up-to-date technical knowledge of employee benefits. Develop internal and third-party relationships for efficient service delivery. Prepare PowerPoint presentations for clients. Assist in monitoring income and financial control over budgets. Manage time effectively to meet client deadlines and service levels. About You Strong technical knowledge of Corporate DC pensions; knowledge of Group Risk and Healthcare is a plus. Training provided. Maintain industry, sector, and technical knowledge. Develop consulting skills: communication, questioning, listening, report writing, and presenting. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and internal systems. Understand regulatory requirements for 'advised' and 'non-advised' sales. Experience in a similar role in Financial Services or administration. Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Excellent organizational skills; ability to meet tight deadlines and manage multiple tasks. High accuracy and attention to detail in documentation.
