Associate People Solutions Center Representative
Job Summary

Responsible for providing accurate and consistent responses to human resources-related inquiries from employees at Corewell Health. The nature of the work spans all human resources functions including payroll, benefits, policies and procedures. The representative will use a knowledge and case management software platform to ensure adherence to standard operating procedure with regards to recording, addressing, and resolving incoming questions in a timely manner. The role requires collaboration with other departments within HR.

Essential FunctionsFollowing standard operating procedures and guides, responds to employee inquiries regarding human resources questions via phone, email, chat, or other methods.Documents summary of interactions, inquiries, and resolutions in knowledge and case management system (ServiceNow).Assesses the level of complexity of incoming cases and inquiries to facilitate escalation as appropriate; recognizes the need to utilize additional resources and facilitates the process when necessary.Collaborates with other HR departments to fulfill customer request and ensure root of the issue is addressed.Ensures exceptional customer experiences and confirms customer’s understanding of guidance.Identifies opportunities for process improvement and works with leadership to implement when appropriate.Ensures compliance with company policies and relevant laws and regulations.Adapts and demonstrates flexibility when unfamiliar situations arise.

Qualifications

Required

High School Diploma or equivalent

Preferred

1 year of experience in a call center or customer service experience
