Description We are offering a contract-to-permanent employment opportunity for an Associate Portfolio Manager in Scottsdale, Arizona. The role would entail the diligent organization and management of client portfolios, coupled with proactive monitoring and analysis. Responsibilities: • Implement portfolio rebalancing and treasury bond rebalancing • Ensure the organization and maintenance of client portfolios and models • Monitor cash levels, NSF alerts, and prevent fraudulent activities • Assist in conducting comprehensive research and analysis • Handle tax loss management efficiently • Communicate portfolio changes and provide commentary to clients as needed • Conduct portfolio reviews when necessary • Assist in creating preparation and presentation materials for prospects • Aid in the preparation of financial plans • Review monthly trade blotters and ensure their accuracy • Assist in the onboarding process of new clients • Possess or be willing to study for and pass the Series 65 license • Utilize skills in Portfolio Administration and Pre-trade. Requirements • Possession of a minimum of 2 years of experience in a related role or field. • Proficiency in portfolio administration is a must. • Demonstrated experience or knowledge in pre-trade operations. • Must hold a Series 65 license, or be willing to obtain it shortly after permanent placement. • Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work with diverse teams. • Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills for portfolio assessment. • Knowledge of financial markets and investment strategies.
