Understands setup and final assembly instructions

Processes product through various processes to ensure the highest quality parts goes out the door

Follows the router protocol to ensure the product moves through channels efficiently

Follows standard applications in order to achieve dimensional integrity and required finish characteristics including repair and rework of parts

Works from drawings and work instructions to plan the finishing/assembly or re-work to be performed

Drives quality compliance by documenting results, and by using workmanship standards and 5S principles

Assists with expediting and facilitating products to help ensure on-time delivery

Ability to lead team meetings and provide direction

Assists with ensuring that team members follow defined procedures and comply with quality requirements

Ability to identify and troubleshoot issues and offer viable solutions.

Performs and adheres to the internal audit schedule and maintains documentation

Provides team awareness of day-to-day production throughput against stated capacity targets

Takes an active interest in continuous self-improvement, training, and development

Works positively with all support functions to fully define the processes and procedures relevant to team activities

Provide support, and input for continuous improvement within the team

Provide support and encouragement for promotional opportunities within the team

Communicate with other departments and ensure an effective interface is maintained

Support, promote, and adhere to Health & Safety regulations, Quality and Environmental standards, and all other Company policies and procedures

Adheres to the letter and spirit of the company Code of Conduct, the AdvaMed Code, MedTech Code, and all other company policies

Ensures Compliance with applicable governmental laws, rules, and regulations, both in the United States and internationally, by completing introductory and annual training and maintaining knowledge of compliance as it applies to your role

Represents the company in a professional manner and uphold the highest standards of ethical business practices and socially responsible conduct in all interactions with other employees, customers, suppliers, and other third parties
