Job Overview:Responsible for providing technical leadership for local and global laboratory operations, including identifying and driving continuous process improvement and new study initiatives.
What you’ll be doing:
Provide technical leadership to lab staff and cross-functionally in the area of expertise.Preferred candidate has experience in LCMS, Systems Validation, and MetrologyTroubleshoot complex technical challenges and implement resolutions.Oversee method transfer between global and cross-functional labs.Lead complex cross-functional lab initiatives and projects to drive opportunities for process and operational efficiencies.Lead training initiatives to support continuous learning and development of lab staff.Harmonize global operational processes, as applicable.Support the identification and evaluation process for instrumentation platforms.Evaluate cost considerations of new technologies and testing.What We Are Looking For:
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience (Some CAP/CLIA lab locations may require a BSc in a chemical, physical, biological or clinical laboratory science, medical laboratory technology, or cytotechnology.)Typically requires >8 years of prior experience in a relevant discipline.8 years experience in a regulated laboratory environment.
Technical expertise across all methods within the scope of the assigned technical area/department.Other Equivalent combination of education, training, and experience may be accepted in lieu of degree.The Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities needed for this role:

The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is $92,700.00 - $154,500.00. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.
