We are seeking a reliable and organized Associate Print Shop employee who will assist in shift operations to meet multiple deliverables. After training on equipment and business processes, you should be able to effectively prioritize documented assignments and complete them with Quality, Accuracy and Timeliness. A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and customer service focus are a must.

Apply to our premier print and mail facility where teams of operators in conjunction with support from analyst teams print documents and insert the documents on high-speed inserting equipment and prepare them for US Mail. This is a training facility where successful incumbents can advance over time through positions with increased competencies, complexities, responsibilities and a consistent demonstration of core behaviors in your everyday work with co-workers and business partners.

Experienced and entry level candidates are welcome to apply. Salary is commensurate on relevant work experience and education. Interview candidates will pass an online behavior assessment.

After onboarding activities for compliance training, benefit selection and introductory activities, the Associate Print Shop Operator will be assigned to equipment and processes such as:

High Speed Roll-feed and cut-sheet printing, High-speed Mail Inserter, SendPro Meter, US Mail and Vendor Package Shipping, Mail Sort Preparation, Quality Control and other peripheral duties associated with a Print to Mail facility.

Incumbents will be trained by senior staff and co-workers. Performance will be tracked and measured by the incumbent’s demonstrated ability to learn new skills and put them to use effectively and consistently. Coaching and guidance by the incumbent’s team manager will provide constructive feedback on progress and deliverables on training, performance goals and core behaviors.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES

Produce printed media for the organization through use of printing presses and high volume duplicating equipment.Perform associated copying tasks and binding and/or finishing work. Ensure quality control measures and pull samples for quality testing.Provide maintenance and/or minor repair of equipment.Incumbent will consistently address and escalate issues which impact Quality, Accuracy and Timeliness with senior staff or the Team Manager. Incumbent, on assigned equipment or processes will follow learned training techniques to meet strict guidelines in Quality, Accuracy and Timeliness to ensure multiple daily product deliveries are met. Performs other duties as directed.
