The Associate Process Improvement Specialist supports the Process Improvement Director by providing performance improvement support to the organization using Lean principles and methods to accomplish measurable organizational goals. This position supports the development of the PCSTMC Operating System and functions as an analyst, facilitator, trainer, mentor, consultant, and/or project manager as required.

Required qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare, Engineering, or business. 2 years Facilitating Lean improvement projects in a healthcare environment. Strong computer skills required with experience in MS Word, Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint.Why Join Providence?
