Boeing Global Services, Government (BGS-G) Supplier Management Organization is seeking an Associate Procurement Agent (Level 2) to join the BGS-G International Strategic Sourcing team in Hazelwood, MO. The successful candidates will support procurement activities for aftermarket goods and services in a fast-paced environment while learning new skills, solving challenging problems, and experiencing opportunities to grow in the Supplier Management organization. This position acts as an authorized agent of the company with responsibility for managing all supplier-related activities and the authority to commit company resources through contracts and agreements.
This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options: Hazelwood, MO.
Position Responsibilities:
Effectively manage priorities for a high volume of supplier purchase orders/contracts
Negotiates, prepares and executes contractual documents and binding agreements
Manage supplier performance, interpreting and enforcing contract terms and conditions
Communicates performance expectations and metrics to evaluate and monitor supplier performance.
Integrates program, customer, product and in-service strategies into source selection, negotiation and contracting strategies.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
Experience working with Supplier Management, Supply Chain, Procurement and/or strategic sourcing practices and processes
Experience leading supplier contract negotiations
3+ years of experience with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook etc.)
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
2+ years of experience working with Supplier Management, Supply Chain, Procurement and/or strategic sourcing practices and processes
2+ years of experience leading supplier contract negotiations
2+ years of experience in a role that required the ability to work both independently and collaboratively
2+ years of experience do you in proposal development, contract negotiations and/or contract execution with U.S. Government Customers
Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Business, Supply Chain, or related field
Typical Education/Experience:
Typically 3 or more years’ related work experience or relevant military experience. Advanced degree (e.g. Bachelor, Master, etc.) preferred, but not required.
Relocation:
This position does not offer relocation. Candidates must live in the immediate area or relocate at their own expense.

Summary pay range: 60,350 – 81,650
