Four Hands is hiring a creative Associate Product Developer to bring fresh, trend-driven designs to life within our Art Studio. In this role, you’ll transform home and fashion trends into innovative, commercially successful art products. Collaborating with Merchandising, Manufacturing, and Creative teams, you’ll ensure every piece meets our high standards for aesthetics, cost, and quality. Managing multiple projects in a fast-paced development cycle, you’ll play a key role in shaping our ever-evolving art collections. 

In This Role\nSupport the development of wall art by curating content, selecting materials and finishes, and defining presentation styles \nPresent product concepts and developments clearly to diverse audiences, ensuring alignment with category strategy \nCollaborate with Art Studio Leadership, Design, Merchandising, and Operations teams to execute developments that meet business goals \nReview design concepts and development milestones with the Director of Art Development to ensure content, size, and presentation styles align with expectations before moving into production \nPartner with the Art Studio Operations team and vendors to manage product cost, construction, and quality assurance while meeting key development deadlines \nMaintain seamless communication across teams to keep product developments on track \nSupport team growth by mentoring product coordinators or associates, assigning tasks strategically, and working together to resolve challenges \nDevelop and implement strategies to drive category growth within the Four Hands product line \nIdentify emerging trends at domestic and international design markets and translate them into compelling product concepts \nTravel domestically and internationally (20% annually) for product development and sourcing \nOther duties as assigned by Management \nUphold our Core Values and be a valuable member of the Four Hands team:  \nBe open and honest  \nReach for excellence  \nAct with responsibility  \nValue the whole person  \nEnjoy the journey \n\n\n

The Ideal Person\n3+ years of experience in Art Consulting or Product Development, preferably in art or home goods \nStrong understanding of content curation and its alignment with finished products\nBA or BFA in Arts, Industrial Design, Merchandising or related fields \nProficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software \nExcellent communication skills—written, verbal, and visual \nSelf-motivated with the ability to work independently and with minimal supervision \nCreative problem-solving skills with a strategic and innovative mindset \nStrong attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities with urgency \n
