ESSENTIAL JOB RESULTS-
Supporting the product development team to achieve the seasonal milestones and maintaining integrity of the product throughout the development process.Attend tech pack handoff to capture all information, setup style in FLEX-PLM and release to allocated factory.Assist with updating WIP chart for multiple season simultaneously to maintain accurate information that is use by cross-functional partners.Responsible for tracking, unpacking, and organizing approvals for review throughout development process.Daily communication with cross-functional teams (Design, Tech Design, Product Merchandising, and overseas product development team).Assist in sending comments on artwork strike offs to overseas factories.Maintain up to date styles information in FLEX-PLM.Maintain an organized artwork strike offs.Responsible for setting up QA binder, and sending to factory for production inspection.Tracking QA binder setup is done on timely manner by partnering with Trim Specialist in receiving all bulk trim approvals.Ensuring QA binder arrive on time to factory and this is return back to Skechers once inspection and good passed inspection.Email correspondences in a timely and communicative manner.SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES-

Strong organizational skills and ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.Analytical/Problem Solver.Ability to multi-task under tight deadlines and a self-starter.Strong communication skills- verbally and written.High attention to detail and excellent follow through.Ability to work independently in a fast-paced work environment.Ability to work and communicate effectively in a team environment.Computer proficiency; Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook), PLM (Product Life Management) system.EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE-
Bachelor’s Degree.Minimum 2+ Years experience in the Apparel Industry.The pay for this position is $28-$35/hr.
