Job Category

We are looking for an exceptionally intelligent, talented, and data-driven professional to join our team. In this position, you will continuously work on enhancing and creating digital products on our Personal Loans web properties, focusing on optimizations that can increase revenue and user conversion. You will also be responsible for working on landing pages, lead gen forms and search-and-compare products for different media channels.   Responsibilities Building the web product roadmap and strategy (widgets, lead gen forms and search-and-compare experiences) for external partners alongside account managers, media partners and analytics team. Managing the digital product roadmap and pipeline, overseeing the creation and launch of new products to improve performance, efficiency & scalability of our digital portfolio. Working autonomously with a cross-functional team of developers, site managers, and designers to deliver new products and user flows to improve user engagement and monetization across our network of websites. Identifying high-growth/high-revenue opportunities and taking the lead on executing them, A/B testing, measuring and optimizing their performance across the portfolio. Build reports and dashboards for internal and external stakeholders involved in projects. Communicate results and plan next steps to keep improving site performance and measure the ROI on our efforts. Interacting with stakeholders to communicate product updates, priorities, and timelines to ensure alignment and driving successful product launches Conduct market research, competitive analysis and stay informed on user needs to generate ideas for our digital domains and products

Requirements

BA/BS required in Business, Economics, Marketing or related 2+ years of experience in product management Ability to adapt to different scopes of projects, including both UX projects and those surrounding improving product scalability, establishing standard operating procedures (SOP) and launching new technologies Capability to prioritize projects with independency, while juggling with several parallel work streams Excellent analytical skills combined with the ability to translate findings into strategic implications. Strong Excel, Tableau, SQL & data analysis skills and a willingness to "get your hands dirty" with data Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross functional teams and present ideas to stakeholders Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire cross functional teams Ability to manage projects and meet tight deadlines across cross-functional groups while keeping all stakeholders involved in a fast-paced environment Exceptional creativity and ability to "push the envelope" in the pursuit of unrealized opportunities Initiative, a sense of urgency, and an adaptable "can do" attitude; enthusiasm for challenges and strong work ethic Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and product management tools is highly desirable A/B testing/conversion rate optimization experience is a must have Experience in the finance, credit cards, or banking space is a plus

The expected salary range for this position is $50,000 USD to $80,000 USD annually. This salary range is an estimate, and the actual salary may vary based on the Company’s compensation practices. The salary may be adjusted based on applicant's geographic location. The position is also eligible to receive performance bonus or commission and equity in the form of restricted stock units. This position is eligible to participate in the Company’s standard employee benefits programs, which currently include health care benefits; (2) retirement benefits; (3) the amount of paid days off (paid sick leave, parental leave, paid time off, or vacation benefits); (4) any other tax-reportable benefits.   #LI-REMOTE

Flexibility for occasional travel to different offices or events is essential to fulfill the duties of this role.
