Job Description

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

Under general supervision, assists in preparing marketing strategies and programs for a brand, product or product line.

Evaluates product performance to help develop and update company goals and objectives. Maintains current status of customer specifications for existing and future products. Provides assistance to the sales team on any relevant product concerns. Recommends changes to current product development procedures based on market research and new trends. Provides support to preparation of business plans, and forecasts for assigned product lines.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in developing and executing GTM strategies for Controls & IAQ products, ensuring alignment with business objectives and revenue targets.Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and customer insights to inform product positioning, pricing strategies, and commercialization efforts.Evaluate product performance, develop KPI dashboards, and recommend data-driven strategies to enhance profitability and market share.Provide financial analysis to support pricing, cost structures, and ROI modeling for product initiatives.Support forecasting and business planning activities, including sales projections, revenue optimization, and performance tracking.Partner with sales and channel teams to develop product messaging, sales enablement tools, and training materials.Act as a liaison between marketing, product management, and sales to ensure alignment on customer value proposition and strategic priorities.Identify opportunities for portfolio expansion, product lifecycle management, and competitive differentiation.

This is a salaried exempt role. The salary range for this role and market is between $69,600 – $91,350 annually. Factors that may affect the starting salary include geography/market and the individual’s tenure, performance, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

 

Employees in this role are also eligible for an annual Broad Base Bonus are not eligible for overtime.

Qualifications

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Finance, or a related field (or an equivalent combination of education and experience).

Prefers 2-4+ years of relevant experience in product marketing, commercialization, or GTM strategy.

Strong financial acumen, with the ability to analyze pricing models, revenue forecasts, and P&L implications.

Expertise in data analysis to assess market trends, customer segmentation, and product performance.

Experience in B2B marketing, CPG, HVAC, IAQ, or Controls industries is a plus.

Strong understanding of strategic marketing principles, including branding, product lifecycle management, and competitive positioning.

Ability to interpret financial data, P&L statements, and pricing models to inform business decisions.

Experience in data analytics tools (Excel, Power BI, Tableau, etc.) to assess market and product performance.

Excellent presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
