This position is a hybrid role based in our Mississauga office with the opportunity to work 2 days remotely per week

Team/Function: The team mostly manages Communications Service Providers and you will be accountable for accounts assigned to you from start to finish.  The team specialized in inside sales and is responsible for coordinating and collaborating with different departments inside Ingram Micro to ensure exceptional customer service. The team thrives in driving results while having fun and supporting each other in an energetic, positive environment.

Responsibilities:

Ensures all sales orders are processed in an efficient and accurate manner and that delivery deadlines are met.Creating quotes for customers and sending ETA’s (estimated time of arrivals).Provides support to a team of sales (inside/outside) representatives.Address inquiries related to orders, product availability, and delivery timelines.Responsible for monitoring overall account activity for assigned group.Tracks data and creates reports regarding market conditions, sales results, team earnings, etc.May be responsible for lead and order management activities for specified area of sales group (separated by account size or geographic territory).

What you bring to the role:

Diploma or degree in IT, Business, or a related field.Minimum 1-2 years of strong customer service background with a proven ability to build relationships and resolve issues efficiently.Previous experience in sales support and order processing is preferred.Proven ability to drive results while demonstrating resilience in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Proficiency in CRM systems, order management software, and Microsoft Office Suite.Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first mindset.This is not a complete listing of the job duties.  It’s a representation of the things you will be doing, and you may not perform all of these duties.
