\nWe are seeking a detail-oriented Associate Program Manager with a focus on the production of PitchBook and white-label research publications. In this role, you will help coordinate the end-to-end process of turning innovative research into published documents—ensuring that each step, from ideation to final release, is executed seamlessly. The ideal candidate will bring at least 2+ years of project management experience, a strong understanding of publishing processes, and the ability to work cross-functionally with a range of stakeholders.

Primary Job Responsibilities:
\n\nCoordinate the scheduling and execution of content delivery, ensuring all outputs meet deadlines and align with strategic priorities\nDevelop and refine workflows to optimize efficiency, reduce delays, and support seamless handoffs between contributors\nServe as the primary liaison between analysts, editors, designers, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth production processes\nDemonstrate professionalism, accountability, and a positive approach to managing complex projects and fostering collaboration, especially in stressful situations \nTrack project timelines, monitor progress against milestones, and ensure resource allocation aligns with delivery needs\nAnticipate potential delivery challenges and proactively develop solutions to address them\nContinuously assess and improve content production processes to enhance delivery efficiency and reliability\nTrack and report on content delivery metrics, providing actionable insights to stakeholders for future improvements\nSupport the vision and values of the company through role modeling and encouraging desired behaviors\nParticipate in various company initiatives and projects as requested\n\n\n
Skills and Qualifications:
\n\nBachelor’s degree, preferred understanding of private and public financial markets. Ability to collaborate with subject matter experts in this space\n2+ years of experience in program or project management, preferably within content production, publishing, or research environments \nFamiliarity with the end-to-end content creation process, including scheduling, workflows, and delivery mechanisms \nExceptional ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks effectively, and meet tight deadlines \nStrong verbal and written communication skills to facilitate collaboration among cross-functional teams and stakeholders \nProficiency with program management tools (e.g. Asana, Smartsheet) \nDemonstrated skill in identifying potential workflow issues and implementing effective solutions \nAbility to analyze production metrics and translate data into actionable insights for process improvement \nFlexibility to adjust to changing priorities and to adopt new methods or technologies that enhance production efficiency \nMeticulous approach to overseeing processes to ensure accuracy and completeness in content delivery \n\n\n

Compensation
\n\nAnnual base salary: $80,000-$90,000\nTarget annual bonus percentage: 7.5%\n\n\n
*Starting pay will be based on several factors and commensurate with qualifications & experience. We also have a location-based compensation structure; there may be different ranges for candidates by location.

Working Conditions:
\nWe believe our business and our culture are strongest when we work together in person. We also know that it’s helpful to have some flexibility to work remotely. Most roles work in the office 3+ days/week, and some are expected to work in the office 4-5 days/week. The current expectation for this role is that you are working in the office 3+ days/week and that you are in the office full-time during the training period, for which the length varies by role. During an initial phone screen, the team will discuss expectations for this specific position.
\nThe job conditions for this position are in a standard office setting. Employees in this position use PC and phone on an on-going basis throughout the day. Limited corporate travel may be required to remote offices or other business meetings and events.
