Thermo Fisher Scientific's Biological business growth has resulted in the availability of an Associate Program Manager position in Brisbane, supporting the Project Management team.

What you'll do:Provide support to the Program Management team and liaise with Program Managers and global colleagues to support effective execution of each projectManage improvement projects for project and program management systems. Perform administrative duties related to program execution, including supporting shipments and invoicing.Deliver continuous improvement projects centered around program managementUse PM tools and systems to provide back office support for the primary PMBuild and modify project management digital tools to improve project tracking and metrics

Keys to Success:

Education:

Bachelor or Masters Degree in a Science related field is requiredKnowledge, Skills, Abilities:Minimum 2-3 years' industry work experience needed, preferably in Project Management within pharmaceutical or biotech and/or manufacturing.Must have a good understanding of GMPExcellent interpersonal skills - both written and verbalExperience partnering with team members to deliver and achieve specific project outcomesExperience working on multiple projects simultaneously with a continuous improvement approach
